It seems to me that the NHRP's co-sponsoring of the Jan 6 event with Fox News is actually shielding Fox from the Equal Time Rule. Therefore, should Fox not allow Dr. RP to participate in the debate it is incumbent upon the NHRP to take the bold step of withdrawing their sponsorship of the event.
