On Tuesday, January 8, James P. O'Hare, and his friend, David J. Dalaia, 65 year-old roommates propped their former roommate Virgilio Cintron in the chair and wheeled him around the corner from their shared apartment, along 9th Avenue to Pay-O-Matic.
