Ohio city needs more money, jacks up fines & take bigger cut
You will soon have to pay $120 when a camera catches you running a red light, but there's controversy. Originally, the city received 25 percent of the fine. Under the new contract, the city gets back 55 percent. That means the city stands to receive $2.5 million.
